Wineshark Home Cooking - Ultimate Croquette 終極可樂餅


Ingredients (for 2):
  • Potato - 5
  • Pork - 200g
  • Onion - 1/4
  • Pepper salt - dashes
  • Butter - 30g
  • Sugar- 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Procedures:

1. Mince the pork, season with pepper salt.


2. Put the potatoes in a pot with water. Bring to boiling and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Then switch off the heat and continue to simmer with lid on for another 15 minutes.


3. Chop the onion finely.


4. Heat the pan with butter, then add in the minced pork to stir fry until it turns color.


5. Add in the chopped onion and continue to stir fry. Add in soy sauce and sugar and cook until the meat is dry. Remove for latter use.


6. Remove the potatoes and peel the skin.


7. Mix the meat with the potatoes and mesh together.


8. Divide the mix into four portions.


9. Form a round shape, coat with flour and dip in whisked egg. Then coat with bread crumbs.


10. Heat the pan with oil, then pan-fry the croquette on both sides until golden brown.


11. Serve.
