Ingredients (for 2):
- Pork belly - 300g
- Shanghai pak choi - 2 sprigs
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Mirin - 3 tbs
- Cooking wine - 3 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Five spice powder - 2 tsp
Procedure:
1. Cut the pork belly into strips.
2. Finely chop the ginger.
3. Mix soy sauce, mirin, cooking wine, honey and five spices.
4. Heat the pot with oil, then add in the pork belly to stir fry briefly.
5. Add in ginger and the sauce, stir well, turn to low heat and cover with lid to cook for 25 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and turn to medium heat, continue to cook for 15 minutes to vaporize the sauce.
7. Vaporize the remaining sauce.
8. Blanch the vegetables in boiling water, then remove.
9. Serve by assembling all together.
