Ingredients (for 2):
- Pork - 150g
- Lotus root - 1 section
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Miso - 1.5 tbsp
- Cooking wine - 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
- Baking cheese - 30g
Procedures:
1. Mince the pork.
2. Peel the skin off the lotus root, then cut into small pieces.
3. Mix the minced pork with water, miso, cooking wine and white pepper powder.
4. Heat the pan with a small amount of oil, then stir-fry the lotus root until dry.
5. Mix the lotus root with the minced pork.
6. Put the meat patty in baking tray.
7. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C, then put the baking tray in to bake until the meat is well done.
8. Sprinkle the baking cheese on top and continue to bake until the cheese melts.
