Wineshark Cooking Class - Pan-fried Chicken Wings with Salt and Japanese Peppers 鹽山椒烤雞翅


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Chicken wings - 8
  • Sake - 3 tbsp
  • Mirin - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sansyo powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Mix the sake, mirin, salt and sansyo powder and then massage the chicken wings to marinate for 15 minutes.


2. Wipe dry the chicken wings with kitchen paper.


3. Heat the pan with butter, and then pan-fry the chicken wings with the skin down until golden.


4. Turn over the chicken wings and continue to cook until the chicken wings are fully cooked.


5. Add the marinate sauce and continue to cook the chicken wings for a while. Then serve.
