Wineshark Cooking Class - Kimchi and Oyster Congee 泡菜肉碎蠔仔湯飯


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Oyster - 1 bowl
  • Pork - 100 g
  • Rice - 2 bowls
  • Kimchi - 1 bowl
  • Ginger - 8 slices
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock - 1 bowl
  • Water - 3 bowl
Procedures:

1. Cut the ginger into slices and then cut into strips for half of them. 


2. Wash the oysters and then add to boiling water, putting in the ginger slices and blanch for 1 minute. Remove and drip dry.


3. Marinate the oysters with white pepper powder.


4. Mince the pork meat.


5. Add the chicken stock and water in the pot and heat to boiling.


6. Add in the pork and oysters, to cook until the pork is well done. Add in the ginger strips. 


7. Add in the rice and cover the lid to cook for about 1 minute.


8. Add the kimchi in and mix well. Then serve.
