Wineshark Recipe - 21. Pork Chop with Onion & Mustard

A dish that think not many restaurants make nowadays. Interesting flavors!

Ingredients:
  • Pork chop - 1 lb 4oz
  • Onion finely - 1 lb 4oz
  • Garlic finely - 2 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
  • Whipping cream - 5oz
  • French mustard - 2 tbsp
  • Parsley finely - 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Wash the pork chop and then use the back of the chopper to hammer the meat to soften it. Season it with salt and white pepper powder.

Mix the cooking oil, French mustard, garlic, onion, whipping cream, and other seasonings together, then coat the pork chop completely. Put into oven for about 15min at 250 degC.
