Wineshark Recipe - 20. Chucky Cajun Potato Wedges

Now with my new oven, I am able to make good stuff. This potato is spicy but will be good to enjoy with beer.

Ingredients:
  • Potato - 3lb
  • Olive oil - 2oz
  • Butter - 3oz
  • Ground cumin - 2 tbsp
  • Cajun seasoning - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic finely - 1 tbsp
  • Red chili finely - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1 tbsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Wash the potato and cut it into wedges. Put them in boiling water for a while and then take it out to cool and dry.

Then add the olive oil, butter and other spices, mix it well and put in oven for about 30min at 250 degC.
