Wineshark Recipe - 7. Potato and Sausage Salad

People may think this salad is simple and without difficulty. But to make it right it is still requiring some attention to details. Let's start with the ingredients:
  • Potato - 4 small ones
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Diced spring onion - 2 tbsp
  • Chives finely - 2 tbsp
  • Parsley finely - 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
  • Sour cream - 0.5 cup
  • Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
  • Sausages - 2 big ones
  • Lettuce - 1
  • Tomato - 2
First wash the potatoes and put in a pot, cover with water and add some salt. Cook the potatoes till the water fully boils for 15min, and then switch off the stove and let it further cook for another 5min, then drain the water. After the potatoes cool down, peel off the skin and cut into stripes.

Cook the sausage in water and cut into cubes. Use a salad bowl to mix all ingredients and then add the sausages and potatoes. Put lettuce on the plate, and put the salad on top, with tomato slices as decoration.
