Ingredients (for 2):
- Chicken thigh - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Sake - 1 tbsp
- Mirin - 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg - 5 dashes
- Tapioca starch - 1 plate
- Lemon - 1/4
Procedures:
1. Remove the skin from the chicken thigh, then cut the meat into roughly bite size.
2. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and nutmeg to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for 40 minutes.
3. Drip off the sauce from the chicken, then place the meat on the plate of tapioca starch. Coat it well and dust off excess.
4. Deep-fry the meat at medium-high heat.
