Wineshark Home Cooking - Marinated Beef and Spinach Tomato Spaghetti 醃牛肉與菠菜番茄義大利麵


Ingredients (for 2):
  • Spaghetti - 160g
  • Corn beef - 1 can
  • Spinach - 4 sprigs
  • Black pepper finely - dashes
  • White dashi - 1.5 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 15g
  • Water from pasta cooking - 150ml
Procedures:

1. Heat up a pot of water to boiling, and then add in the spaghetti to cook for 2 minutes less than the recommended time on the package.

2. Transfer the spaghetti to the frying pan. Add150ml of the water from the pot.

3. Add white dashi, olive oil, tomato paste, butter to the pasta. 

4. Add corn beef and spinach in. Turn to medium heat. 

5. When the sauce boils, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Serve by sprinkling black pepper finely on top.
