Ingredients (for 2):
- Chicken steak - 1 piece
- Potato - 4 small ones
- Broccoli - 150g
- Small tomato - 12
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Sake - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 1/3 tsp + 1/3 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/3 tsp + 1/3 tsp
1. Peel the potato and cut into wedges. Soak in water for 5 minutes.
2. Drip dry and then drizzle with olive oil.
3. Cut the chicken steak into bite size.
4. Season the chicken with 1/3 tsp of salt and 1/3 tsp of black pepper finely.
5. Remove the steam of the small tomatoes. Rinse in water and drip dry.
6. Cut the broccoli into pieces, soak in water with 1 tsp of coarse salt for 30 minutes. Drip dry.
7. Place the potatoes at the bottom of the casserole, then put chicken on top. Add in broccoli, tomatoes, bay leaves, sake, 3 tbsp of water, and season with salt and black pepper finely.
8. Heat until boiling, then cover with lid and turn to low heat to simmer for another 20 minutes.
9. Mix well the food and then serve.
