Wineshark Cooking Class - Steamed Chicken with Wine 酒蒸雞肉


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken fillet - 5
  • Sake - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Heat the casserole with oil, then add the chicken fillet when hot. Sprinkle with salt and pour in the sake.


2. Cover the lid and cook at medium level, when steam comes out, turn the fillet over and cover with lid again. Switch off the heat and let it sit until the casserole cools down. Remove the fillet and retain the jus.
