Wineshark Cooking Class - Potato Gnocchi 番茄薯丸


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Potato - 1
  • Cherry tomato - 4
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Egg - 1
  • Parsley - 1.5 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 200 g
  • Cream - 50 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Peel the potato and cut into slices.


2. Put the potato in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.


3. Mash the potato.


4. Mix the mashed potato with flour and salt, and add the egg in the middle. 


5. Knead the mixture to consistency.


6. Use two spoons to scoop the mixture and form a small ball, then put in boiling water.


7. Heat the pan with olive oil, then add the cherry tomatoes.


8. Add the cream and press the tomatoes to squeeze out the juice and seeds. Mix well.


9. When boiling, add the gnocchi to mix well.


10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 


11. Serve on a bowl, add some sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
