Wineshark Cooking Class - Chicken and Carrot Salad 雞肉與紅蘿蔔的異國風味沙拉


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Steamed chicken fillet - 2 
  • Steamed chicken jus - 2 tsp
  • Carrot - 1
  • Cherry tomato - 4
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce - 2 tsp
  • Coriander - 1 sprig
Procedures:

1. Shred the chicken fillet.


2. Peel the carrot and thin into fine shreds.


3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.


4. Heat the casserole with oil, then add the carrot shreds. Add rice vinegar, fish sauce and chicken jus. Cover with lid. 


5. When steam comes out, turn off the heat. Add the shredded chicken and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover with lid and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.


6. Serve with the coriander on top.
