Wineshark Cooking Class - Rice Noodle with Beef and Lime 牛肉檸檬河粉


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Steamed chicken jus - 100 ml
  • Beef slice - 200 g
  • Onion - 1
  • Coriander - 2 sprigs
  • Lime - 1/2
  • Rice noodle - 200 g
  • Fish sauce - 4 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the onion into shreds.


2. Pick the leaves of coriander. Then cut the stem into sections.


3. Soak the rice noodle in warm water for 10 minutes.


4. Pour the steamed chicken jus, 1000 ml of water, fish sauce to the pot. Add in the shredded onion and coriander stems. Cook until boiling. 


5. Add the rice noodle. 


6. When the stock boils again, add the sliced beef. When the beef turns brown, squeeze in the lime juice.


7. Serve with the coriander leaves on top.
