• Take KMB No. 51 departing from Tsuen Wan Nina Tower heading to Sheung Tsuen, alight at Tai Mo Shan Country Park.
• Return by taking KMB No. 51 back to Tsuen Wan

This trail is an easy walk, suitable for all ages. At the start there is a clear arch with the name of the trail. After climbing up a short flight of steps, you will be in the trees and the trail is well-shaded throughout. 

The trail intersects with the mountain bike trail, so one needs to be careful during that crossing. Soon the trail leads to a helipad, and the trail joins the concrete road of MacLehose Trail Section 9. 

Continuing on the trail down the steps back into the trees, soon you will reach the viewing point, allowing a good look at Kowloon and HK Island in the distance. A good place to take a brief rest too.

Further down there is a branch, with the right leading to Pak Shek Kiu and Chuen Lung. Taking the left one instead to continue the trail. 

At the last part of the trail it is gradual uphill walk, with the stream on the side. 

In no time you will reach the destination, back to the starting point.
