Wineshark Cooking Class - Pan-fried Minced Chicken 絞肉煎餅


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken fillet - 400 g
  • Egg - 1
  • Spring onion - 1 sprig
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Turnip - 1/4 
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Mince the chicken fillet. 


2. Chop the spring onion finely.


3. Add the egg, spring onion and salt to the minced chicken. Mix well.


4. Pour the oil on the pan, and then scoop the minced chicken with a spoon, and put on the pan.


5. Turn on the heat to medium level, pan-fry the chicken until it is golden on the side. Then flip it over and continue to pan-fry to golden.


6. Mash the turnip and squeeze out the juice. 


7. Add soy sauce to the mashed turnip, and serve together with the chicken patty.
