Wineshark Cooking Class - Crepes Normande 諾曼第班戟


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Flour - 4 oz
  • Egg - 1
  • Sugar - 1 oz
  • Butter - 1/2 oz
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Milk - 10 oz
  • Apple - 3
  • Butter - 1/2 oz
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Raisins - 1 oz
  • Cinnamon grounded - 1/4 tsp
  • Corn starch - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp
  • Icing sugar - 2 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Mix the flour with egg, sugar, butter, salt and gradually add milk, continue to whisk to blend well.


2. Use a sieve to filter out the lumps.


3. Use a tissue to soak up some oil, then wipe the heated pan. Pour in a ladle of the batter and swirl around.


4. When bubbles are forming, carefully peel off the crepe and flip it over.


5. Pan-fry the other side briefly and then remove.


6. Cut the apples into slices.


7. Heat the saucepan with butter, and then add apple slices.


8. Add sugar, raisins, and cinnamon to cook for a while. Add the corn starch mixed with water to thicken.


9. Wrap the apple as fillings in the crepe. 


10. Dust the icing sugar on top to serve.
