Wineshark Cooking Class - Stir Fry Chicken Breast with Green Bell Pepper and Kombu 雞胸肉青椒炒鹽味昆布


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken breast - 1 piece
  • Green bell pepper - 2
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Kombu - 15 g
  • Sake - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Corn starch - 1 tsp
  • Sake - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
Procedures:

1. Cut the chicken breast into slices of about 0.5 cm thick, then cut into strips of 0.5 cm.


2. Marinate the chicken with sake, soy sauce and corn starch.


3. Remove the seeds and cut the green bell pepper into strips.


4. Mix the sake with salt for later use.


5. Heat the pan with oil to high heat, and then add the chicken. Continue to stir-fry until they are separated and turns to slightly charred. 


6. Add the green bell pepper and kombu, continue to stir-fry.


7. Add the sauce and mix well. Then serve.
