Wineshark Cooking Class - Marinated Pork Chop 醃豬扒

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork chop - 4
  • Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Garlic finely - 1 tsp
  • Brandy - 1 tsp
  • Corn starch - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1.5 oz
  • Egg - 1
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Clean the pork chop and then drip dry. Marinate with black pepper finely, oregano, garlic, brandy, corn starch, salt and water. Massage the pork chop until the marinade is absorbed.


2. Add the whisked egg to mix well. Then pour in the oil and continue to marinate.
