Wineshark Cooking Class - Saute French Beans in Garlic and Fried Pumpkin Batter 蒜茸炒邊豆和炸南瓜


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Haricot verts - 1 pack
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1/2 
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
  • Pumpkin - 1/4
  • Flour - 4 tbsp
  • Potato starch - 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Boil the haricot verts in hot water for 8 minutes. Then flush in cold water and drip dry.


2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into strips.


3. Cut the onion into shreds.


4. Mix flour with potato starch, then add salt and white pepper powder. Then gradually pour water and mix well. Add the oil to the batter.


5. Dip the pumpkin into batter and deep fry. 


6. Chop the garlic finely.


7. Heat the pan with butter, then add the shredded onion to saute.


8. Add the minced garlic. Continue to saute.


9. Add the haricot verts and mix well. Season with salt and white pepper powder. Add a tiny bit of water.


10. Serve with the steak.
