Wineshark Cooking Class - Braised Chicken Drumsticks with Turnip 白蘿蔔辣煮棒棒雞


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken drumsticks - 4
  • Turnip - 1/2
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Red chili - 2
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the turnip into pieces.


2. Remove the seeds from the red chili. Cut the garlic in halves.


3. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with salt. 


4. Heat the pot with olive oil, putting the garlic and red chili in. Wait until the garlic fragrance is apparent.


5. Add the turnip and chicken drumsticks to stir fry briefly. Then cover with lid. When steam comes out, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 15 minutes. 


6. Turn off the heat and leave the lid on. Let the pot to cool down to room temperature and serve.
