Wineshark Cooking Class - Braised Chicken Wings with Eggplant 茄子燉雞翅


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken wings - 8
  • Eggplant - 1
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Mirin - 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Clean the chicken wings.


2. Cut the ginger into thin shreds.


3. Cut the eggplant into strips.


4. Heat the pot with olive oil, turn to medium heat and then add the eggplant and chicken wings to stir fry for a while.


5. Add the ginger, then pour in soy sauce and mirin. Cover with lid. When steams comes out, turn to low heat to cook for 20 minutes.


6. Switch off the heat and let the pot to cool down to room temperature. Then serve.
