Wineshark Cooking Class - Grill Chicken Leg 扒雞扒


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Chicken leg - 4
  • Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pumpkin - 120 g
  • Onion - 1/4
  • Tomato puree - 60 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
  • Potato - 2
Procedures:

1. Remove the bone of the chicken leg, and then marinate with black pepper and salt.


2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into strips.


3. Deep fry the pumpkin strips.


4. Cut the onion finely, and then saute with oil.


5. Add the tomato puree and pumpkin. Season with salt and white pepper powder. 


6. Boil the potato for 15 minutes. Then switch off the heat and cover with lid to rest for another 5 minutes. 


7. Peel and mash the potato.


8. Serve with the potato, pumpkin and tomato puree, and the chicken steak.
