Wineshark Cooking Class - 椒鹽香煎三文魚骨

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Salmon bones - 1 pack
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn starch - 1 tbsp full
  • Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Spring onion - 1 sprig
  • Red chili - 1



Procedures:

1. Clean the salmon bones, remove the membrane on the bones.

2. Cut the bones into appropriate sizes.

3. Marinate the bones with white pepper powder and salt for 30 minutes.

4. Dust the bones with corn starch.

5. Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil, then pan-fry the bones until golden.

6. Flip over and continue to pan-fry the other side until golden too. Then remove.

7. Heat a wok with 1 tbsp of oil, then add the garlic.

8. Add spring onion and red chili, continue to stir-fry.

9. Add the salmon bones and toss to ensure the garlic is coated with all the bones.
