Pan Fried Pork Filet in Swiss Sauce

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork filet - 350g
  • Onion - 1
  • Swiss sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 1 bowl
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Corn starch - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp


Procedures:

1. Peel the onion and chop finely.

2. Wash the pork filet and drip dry, then hammer to make it tender.

3. Marinate the pork filet with soy sauce, corn starch and white pepper powder.

4. Pan fry the pork filet on pan with a tiny bit of oil until golden brown on both sides. Remove.

5. Saute the onion until fragrant.

6. Add the Swiss sauce and water, to allow the mixture to heat up again.

7. Add the pork filet in to cook for a short while, then serve.
