五指毛桃豬腱湯

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork shank - 400 g
  • Hairy fig - 100 g
  • Corn - 2 sticks
  • Carrot - 1
  • Ginger - 4 slices
  • Salt - 1 tsp





Procedures:

1. Wash the pork shank, then blanch in hot water for a short while. Drip dry.

2. Peel the husk from the corn and cut into 4 cm pieces. 

3. Peel the carrot and cut into 2 cm pieces.

4. Wash the hairy fig.

5. Heat a pot of water (10 cups). When boiled, add the ginger and pork shank in. Cook for 15 minutes.

6. Add the hairy fig, corn and carrot and continue to boil for 2 hours, then season with salt.
