Wineshark Home Cooking - Spicy Pork and Chinese Cabbage Glass Noodles 辣味豬肉白菜冬粉


Ingredients (for 2):
  • Pork - 300g
  • Chinese cabbage - 500g
  • Vermicelli - 60g
  • Spring onion - 5 sprigs
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cooking sake - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Chili bean paste - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the pork loin into slices.


2. Marinate the pork with cooking sake, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili bean paste.


3. Cut the vermicelli into 5-6cm sections.


4. Cut the spring onion into 3cm sections.


5. Smash the garlic.


6. Cut the Chinese cabbage into 5cm pieces.


7. Place the Chinese cabbage inside the pot.


8. Place the vermicelli on top.


9. Add in the pork on top, as well as garlic. Pour in 1/3 cup of water. Cover with lid and turn to medium heat to cook for 4 minutes. Then turn to low heat to continue to cook for 15 minutes.


10. Put the spring onion on top. Cover with lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes.


11. Mix well and serve.
