Ingredients (for 2):
- Pork - 300g
- Chinese cabbage - 500g
- Vermicelli - 60g
- Spring onion - 5 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cooking sake - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Chili bean paste - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the pork loin into slices.
9. Add in the pork on top, as well as garlic. Pour in 1/3 cup of water. Cover with lid and turn to medium heat to cook for 4 minutes. Then turn to low heat to continue to cook for 15 minutes.
