Ingredients (for 2):
- Minced pork - 150g
- Cabbage - 1/2
- Cooking wine - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1/4 piece
- Black pepper finely - 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Peel the cabbage and cut into pieces around 4cm square.
6. Cover with remaining cabbage, then sprinkle some black pepper finely on top. Pour in 1/3 cup of water. Cover with lid and cook until steam seeps out from the edge.
7. Cook for 4 minutes then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
