Ingredients (for 2):
- Spaghetti - 160g
- Pork slices - 100g
- Shiso leaves - 12 pieces
- White dashi - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Yuzu shoyu - 1 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 2 minutes less than the recommended time on the package.
2. Remove the spaghetti to the frying pan. Retain 100ml of water.
3. Add in pork and shiso leaves to the frying pan.
4. Add white dashi, olive oil, yuzu shoyu, and the water into the pan.
5. Heat the pan and keep stirring until the sauce boils, and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
6. Serve.
