Wineshark Cooking Class - Stir Fry Chicken Breast with Beansprouts and Black Pepper 黑胡椒雞胸肉炒豆芽


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken breast - 1 piece
  • Beansprouts - 100 g
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Sake - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Corn starch - 1 tsp
  • Sake - 1 tbsp
  • Mirin - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the chicken breast into strips of about 0.5cm thick.


2. Marinate the chicken with sake, soy sauce and corn starch.


3. Mix sake, mirin, soy sauce and black pepper finely to form the sauce.


4. Heat the pan with oil, then add the chicken and use chopsticks to separate. 


5. Stir fry until the chicken strips are all separated and browned, then turn up the heat and add beansprouts. 


6. Stir fry briefly and then pour in the sauce. Mix well and serve.
