Wineshark Cooking Class - Bistecca al Pepe Verde 意式西冷牛扒青胡椒汁


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Sirloin - 4 
  • Onion - 1/2 oz
  • Garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • Green peppercorn - 2 tsp
  • Marsala - 1 oz
  • Brown sauce - 3 oz
  • Butter - 1/2 oz
  • Whipping cream - 1 oz
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Season the sirloin with salt and black pepper finely.


2. Chop the onion finely.


3. Chop the garlic finely.


4. Pan-fry the sirloin to the preferred level. Remove and let the sirloin rest.


5. Add the butter to the pan, and then add in the onion and garlic.


6. Add the green peppercorn and use the spoon to crush. Then spray the Marsala in.


7. Add brown sauce and whipping cream. Serve with the sirloin.
