Wineshark Cooking Class - Roasted Chicken with Cajun Seasonings

Ingredients (for 2):

  • Chicken - 1
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Brandy - 2 tsp
  • Cajun seasonings - 4 tsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp

Procedures:

1. Clean the chicken and drip dry, then use salt and brandy to wipe the whole chicken and let it dry for 10 minutes.

2. Wipe the chicken with cajun seasonings.

3. Put the chicken in baking tray, sprinkle with some oil and put in oven to cook until golden brown.

4. Brush with honey. Cut the chicken in half to serve.
