Wineshark Home Cooking - 14. Lasagna con Pesce

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Shrimp - 4 oz
  • Fish - 6 oz
  • Mussels - 6 oz
  • Squid - 4 oz
  • Diced onion - 6 oz
  • Garlic finely - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1.5 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • White wine - 2 tbsp
  • White sauce - 1 lb
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 oz
  • Lasagna sheets - 12
Procedures:

1. Cut the seafood into same sizes, then marinate with 1/2 tsp of salt, some white pepper powder, lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. 

2. Cook the onion with olive oil, then add garlic.

3. Add the seafood and then white wine, then add the white sauce and seasoning.

4. Lay the lasagna pasta sheet on bottom of baking dish, then add the seafood on top. Continue to put another layer of pasta and seafood, to make a total of 3 layers.

5. Coat the lasagna with white sauce, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6. Bake in oven pre-heated at 220 degrees Celsius until golden.
