Wineshark Home Cooking - 13. Besciamella Classica

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Butter - 1 oz
  • Flour - 1 oz
  • Milk - 10 oz
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder - dashes
  • Whipping cream - 1 tbsp




Procedures:

1. Heat the butter then add the flour. Slowly cook for 2-3 minutes but avoid turning brown.

2. Gradually add hot milk into the white thickening, and whisk well.

3. Season and then add whipping cream.
