Ingredients (for 4):
- Prawns - 16
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Tapioca starch - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 1/5 tsp
- Soda water - 5 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Condensed milk - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cashew nut - 4
Procedures:
1. Remove the shell of the prawn and then remove the intestines. Wash thoroughly. Season with salt.
2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, condensed milk and salt for the dipping sauce. Then add smashed cashew nuts on top.
5. Heat the pan with oil, then deep-fry the prawns until golden brown on both sides. Remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
