Wineshark Home Cooking - Ultimate Prawn with Mayonnaise 終極大蝦佐美乃滋


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Prawns - 16
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Tapioca starch - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/5 tsp
  • Soda water - 5 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nut - 4
Procedures:

1. Remove the shell of the prawn and then remove the intestines. Wash thoroughly. Season with salt.


2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, condensed milk and salt for the dipping sauce. Then add smashed cashew nuts on top.


3. Mix tapioca starch with flour, add in salt and soda water to form the batter.


4. Add in the prawns to the batter.


5. Heat the pan with oil, then deep-fry the prawns until golden brown on both sides. Remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.


6. Serve with the dipping sauce.
