Wineshark Home Cooking - Ultimate Curry 終極咖哩


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork loin - 300g
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Black pepper finely - 1 pinch
  • Curry cubes - 4 (medium spiciness)
  • Butter - 10g
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Worchestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • Water - 600ml
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the onion into shreds.


2. Cut the pork loin into pieces.


3. Chop the garlic finely.


4. Heat the pot with oil, then add in onion to stir-fry until it turns brown.


5. Add in pork loin and continue to stir-fry until the meat turns colour.


6. Add garlic in, and then add in water. Cook to boiling.


7. Turn off the heat, and add the curry cubes in. Stir well until the curry is fully dissolved.


8. Turn back the heat and bring the curry to boiling, then turn to low heat and add in butter, sugar, and Worchestershire sauce. Stir well.


9. Serve.
