Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork loin - 300g
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Black pepper finely - 1 pinch
- Curry cubes - 4 (medium spiciness)
- Butter - 10g
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Worchestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Water - 600ml
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the onion into shreds.
8. Turn back the heat and bring the curry to boiling, then turn to low heat and add in butter, sugar, and Worchestershire sauce. Stir well.
