Wineshark Japan Journey - Isami 日本料理いさ美

We can drive to Isami 日本料理いさ美 for lunch, which is famous for having its seafood sourcing from the local Nakaminato fishing port 那珂湊漁港 every morning.

It is a Japanese restaurant offering seasonal kaiseki cuisine in private rooms of different size. For lunch they have some simple set menu, and we end up picking the Grilled Eel Set (4,500 yen). The eel is grilled on order, so it takes almost 45 minutes, but the wait is well justified.
