Wineshark Cooking Class - 蒜香奶油炒雞肉


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken drumsticks - 8 small pieces
  • Golden tofu - 4 
  • Small tomato - 10
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Prepare the chicken drumsticks using the waterless stewing technique.

2. Cut the golden tofu in halves.


3. Put the butter in the Staub pot, then put the minced garlic in, then add the tofu and tomatoes. Finally putting the chicken drumsticks on top. Season with salt.


4. Heat the pot with medium heat, cover with lid, and let it cook until steam comes out. Then mix well and serve.
