Wineshark Cooking Class - Fried Chicken Wings in Lemongrass 香茅炸雞翼


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken wings - 450 g
  • Curry powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemongrass - 8 sticks
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Chinese yellow wine - 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
Procedures:

1. Mix the curry powder with lemon juice, minced garlic, Chinese yellow wine and fish sauce.


2. Cut the lemongrass into sections, and then smash them to release the flavors. Mix to the sauce.


3. Marinate the chicken wings with the sauce overnight.


4. Pan-fry the chicken wings until golden brown.
