Wineshark Cooking Class - 無水法式蔬菜燉肉

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken drumsticks - 600 g
  • Cabbage - 1/2
  • Onion - 1
  • Carrot - 1
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the cabbage in half.

2. Cut the carrot into 8 equal pieces.

3. Cut the onion into 4 equal pieces.

4. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with salt.


5. Pour the olive oil on the Staub pot, and then put the cabbage in the middle, surrounded by onion and carrot. And then place the chicken drumsticks on the top.


6. Cover the lid and cook with medium heat until steam comes out. Then lower the heat and cook for 40 minutes.
