Wineshark Cooking Class - Bircher Muesli 瑞士凍麥片

 

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Fresh milk - 1 lb 2 oz
  • Instant oats - 6 oz
  • Raisin - 0.5 oz
  • Sliced almond - 0.5 oz
  • Green apple - 1
  • Banana - 2
  • Honey - 3 oz
Procedures:
1. Toast the sliced almond to slight golden.
2. Mix the fresh milk with instant oats.
3. Add the raisins into the mixture, then keep in the fridge.
4. Cut the green apple into thin strips.
5. Add the green apple strips to the mixture.
6. Add the sliced banana to the mixture.
7. Sprinkle the sliced almond on top.

8. Pour in the honey before serving.
