Wineshark Cooking Class - Topping White Sauce 白汁

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Egg - 1




Procedures:

1. Heat the butter under low heat, and then add the flour. Mix well and cook for about 1 minute.

2. Add the milk to mix well, creating the thick sauce.

3. Add the cheddar cheese and mix well. Then pour in the whisked egg. Season with mustard and salt.
