Wineshark Cooking Class - Stir-Fried Thin Cut Udon with French Beans

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Thin-cut udon - 3 packs
  • Chicken fillet - 400 g
  • French beans - 150 g
  • Fresh shiitake mushroom - 200 g
  • Crab sticks - 10
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 3 tsp + 3 tsp
  • Corn starch - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce - 3 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
Procedures:

1. Loosen the udon with chopsticks.

2. Cut the fresh shiitake mushroom into quarters.

3. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, then marinate with soy sauce, corn starch and black pepper finely.

4. Wash the French beans and drip dry.

5. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.

6. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and water for the sauce.

7. Cut the crab sticks in halves.

8. Heat the wok with oil, then add the garlic to stir-fry.

9. Add the French beans, shiitake mushroom and chicken cubes to continue stir-fry until the French beans are mostly cooked.

10. Add the udon and sauce, continue to stir-fry until softened, then add the crab sticks.
