Ingredients (for 25):- Flour sifted - 8 oz
 - Water - 1 lb 1 oz
 - Butter - 3.5 oz
 - Salt - dashes
 - Sugar - 0.5 oz
 - Lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
 - Whole egg - 9
 - Oil
 
Procedures:
2. Cook the other ingredients. Then add flour and stir well.
3. While the pastry is still hot, add the egg one by one. Then allow the pastry to ferment for a while.
4. Deep fry in hot oil.
