Ingredients (for 4):
- Pig's ribs - 1 lb
- Red chili - 1
- Preserved black beans - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
- Bean paste - 1/2 tsp
- Chinese yellow wine - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Clean the pig ribs and wipe dry with kitchen paper.
2. Mix the minced garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, bean paste, Chinese yellow wine and white pepper powder together.
