Wineshark Cooking Class - Spring Lamb en Casserole 瓦盅焗羊架


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Lamb rack - 8 sticks
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 8 oz
  • Mushroom - 8 
  • Tomato - 12 oz
  • Brown sauce - 10 oz
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the lamb racks and season with salt and black pepper finely.


2. Cut the onion into shreds.


3. Cut the mushroom into slices.


4. Peel the tomato and cut into small pieces.


5. Prepare the brown sauce.


6. Pan-fry the lamb with oil until each side is browned. Then put the lambs on the casserole.


7. Use butter to saute the onion shreds.


8. Add mushroom and tomato to continue saute.


9. Pour in the brown sauce and mix well.


10. Put the vegetables on top of the lamb rack. 


11. Put the casserole in oven, pre-heated at 200 degree Celsius, for about 15 minutes.


12. Serve with the lamb rack in the middle, pouring the sauce and vegetable on top.
