Wineshark Cooking Class - Mashed Pumpkin with Cheese

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pumpkin - 24 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Whipping cream - 2 oz




Procedures:

1. Peel the pumpkin and then cut into slices.

2. Bake the pumpkin in oven for 25 minutes, under 220 degree heat.

3. Bake the garlic with skin in oven and then remove the flesh.

4. Mash the pumpkin.

5. Add cheese, garlic and other seasonings.

6. Add the whipping cream and mix well.
