Alighting from the bus you will need to walk back towards Tsuen Wan direction for a short while before seeing the road entering into Tai Mo Shan Country Park. Soon you will arrive at the Rotary Club Park and can go to the viewing point to look at the city below.

Proceeding along the Rotary Club Park Nature Trail, the path is not paved but still easy to walk. It goes all the way downhill so is suitable for people of all ages and stamina. It is a relatively quiet trail too without too many hikers.

Very soon you will reach Chuen Lung, famous for the traditional restaurants as well as the watercress. Passing through some of the fields you will see how this vegetable is grown, and one of the reasons they are so good is the clear water flowing down the stream used to irrigate.

Further along the trail you will soon arrive at the Shing Mun Catchwater. Walking on the wide paved concrete road you can take in the view of Tsuen Wan. Then arriving at a small stairway you can walk down Fu Yung Shan, visiting a few small temples before ending up in Chuk Lam Sim Yuen.
