Nutritionist Recipe - 34. Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients (for 3):

  • Chicken steak - 2
  • Bread crumbs - 6 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
  • Corn starch - 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp


Procedures:

1. Remove the skin of the chicken steak and cut away the fat, then wash and drip dry. Cut into pieces and marinate with white pepper powder, corn starch and soy sauce.

2. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.

3. Heat the pan and add oil, then put in the garlic and until fragrant, add the chicken pieces to cook till it turns golden on the surface.

4. Mix the egg.

5. Coat the chicken nuggets with egg, then coat with bread crumbs.

6. Pre-heat oven to 200 degree Celsius, then put into the nuggets to bake until it turns golden brown, then remove and flip over, and continue to bake until the other side also turns golden brown.

7. Sprinkle with garlic salt before serving.
